投资房 换了HOA, 但是从来没有收到任何沟通信息- 邮件,信,电话。直到偶尔一个时机我发现property company and payment 平台换了。 之前的auto pay 都取消了。我主动到处联系才知道新的property company 的信息。结果我们账户已经被转给律师。被告知联系律师。拿到一个一千多的律师费的账单 心里很不服,但是board 和property company 是一边的,我们去了monthly meeting argue 也没有人理,说不是他们的错,是我们的错. 更生气的是, property management company owner 当着十几个人面前share 我们的财务信息。散会后就有人来问我们财务状态(就是被share的信息)让我们非常不舒服。我当时当时就制止了property company owner 继续说下去,之后也发了很严肃的邮件指出来。他回复了道歉。 之前联系律师,说明我们没有收到任何通知,律师回复,如果我们不同意HOA 的做法需要书面报告,但他要开始收费了。 息事宁人,在活动日期内交了钱。 结果交了之后 HOA帐号自动又被charge 了几十刀,说是律师回复我邮件的费用…?(WTF?)我被告知联系律师,但却不知道联系律师还要被收费? 想请问大家- 有哪些地方可以投诉的? 包括律师?一下这些情况有成功的几率吗? 我老公劝我算了,惹得自己生气,可是 真的我气不过 不是我们的错呀! 1. 这一段是关键,你没有理由反驳,基本就没戏了。是租客没有把HOA的通知信转交给你们么?Email,电话通知都不是法定必须的,但是书面通知一定是。
