这是昨天发生在Markham, Ontario的事。印度大叔故意一头倒在等红绿灯的车前盖，准备碰瓷。还好车主有dash cam，旁边也有路人帮作证。这个印度人还不是单独行动，而是一伙的。有人负责碰瓷，有人负责打电话报警。太可怕了。
