随便哪家的plan，你回国以后只要手机连上Wifi就能收发短信。
我回国就是这样用的啊，我身边的朋友去别的国家都没问题，iPhone 只要连接到Wifi就能收发短信。只有wifi功能的Ipad也能和iPhone 收发短信。只不过发件人显示的是Apple ID.
我证实一下，用Tello可以。我就是用$5的Tello在国内收发短信。在中国收发短信需要用pay as you go预充值，1分钱一条，很便宜，打电话一分钟5分钱。
正解，朋友用的T mobile就是没有data, 在国内可以收到美国的短信，但是发不出去。wifi calling得在美国设置好再去中国用。
总结一下：
买一个在美国的cellular plan， 设好wifi calling Tello: pay as you go ： 我看到的是每条短信1美分，但是90天credit会过期。这个估计也是VOIP吧。如果是的话，很多银行之类 的认证是过不去的。 GV: 这个是VOIP，有些认证用不了。

Google Voice很神奇的，上次回国我手机只是国内号码和数据，可以看到notification，但不能查看。估计用漫游的没墙的esim，Google voice应该没问题。

熟食，我就用go5g plan, 没上international plan, 在国内收接米国短信，接米国电话无压力。打米国电话25分一分钟，上华人买提也可以，当然米国视频网站够呛
这么用也能用自己的美国手机号向美国的手机号码发送短信么？或是只能接收短信呢？
att prepaid 网站上是这么说的， 没有亲测过。
