没有一个科室全包那种 得一个个科室跑
比如你在国内体检尿酸高了 那么随口和医生说 查5801？查24小时尿尿酸？ 可能医生就给你开了。我觉得，中青年男性一旦体检尿酸高，如果在美国没测，回国应该考虑这个检查。
比如你血脂高了 你可能会随口一句 颈动脉b超开一个？ apoe slco1b1？ 一起开了？
在美国也可以问，但是很多时候，你不问医生就不开。问的前提，你得知道。
有些医院还可以查肝药酶活性，比如我自己吃ppi效果就不好。但这个开展的不多。现在不知道了，应该是越来越多了。
我那个帖子写的也不好。这些便利的前提，是得有一定医学积累。我想当然了。我去改一改。
