Russia did not fire an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) at Ukraine on Thursday, a U.S. official and a military officer with knowledge of the matter told NBC News, disputing a claim by Kyiv. U.S. officials said the weapon was in fact an experimental intermediate range ballistic missile and that Russia has a limited supply of that particular missile. Intermediate range ballistic missiles typically have a range of less than 3,500 miles. ICBMs typically have a range of more than 3,400 miles. 美国和北约批准使用远程高精度武器攻击俄罗斯领后，11月19日和21日，布良斯克和库尔斯克地区遭到ATACMS、Storm Shadow和HIMARS导弹袭击。

印象中ICbM从来只在演习里面通过， 没有在真实战争中出动过
