这种价位的房子的价钱估计跟市场没啥关系。。。

可能买了还要花3000万装修

估计HOA也要几千一个月，加上地税。。。。妈呀

现在各种物流便利了，ultra rich其实没必要在大城市跟穷人挤，有个临时住处差不多了，尤其纽约这种进城特别不方便的，汽车跟穷人一起读着，直升机只能停高层公寓，传统大mansion需求肯定下来了。
