appeal ticket后怎么做

吃了ticket: obstruct traffic at intersection 因为下班路上堵车，跟着开到路中间动不了，吃了这张ticket。
appeal了，理由是我也没办法，当时动不了。
很快就收到回信，“Dispostion: Guilty - hearing "，说我的appeal是 ”not a valid defense", 还给了罚款($115) due date.
现在怎么做？ 已经appeal一次了，还能再次appeal吗？ 也没看到有court date，那个交罚款的due date是不是就是court date?
如果是，有必要/值得请假专门去court吗？

就是让你交罚款的，appeal没用

连个上庭的机会都没有？
如果不交这罚款，会怎样？

打电话给clerk 咯

你的错误，即便堵车，你也应该计划在没有把握通过时，不要把车开到路中央。要我的话就吸取教训，认罚交款。

its more for a bad judgement. there is a traffic before you and even the light allows you should not drive to the middle of the road to block the traffic. its not easy either way. I had to stay at the light to avoid blocking the traffic, the guy behind me wanted to turn right and honking at me non stop. he finally got his turn but cursed at me and gave me fingers. you may have someone like that behind you. I would rather pay ticket to get in a fight with a crazy road rage.
