个人理解美大高院是用来解释裁决和宪法及联邦法律冲突的。高院的大法官不能因为个人喜好来瞎解释法律。这个新闻是，在宪法及联邦法律没有明确abortion right的情况下，美大高院裁决联邦政府的指令不能违背当地法律。如果理解正确的话，虽然个人认为abortion应该是基本人权，但这里美大高院裁决没有问题。
大家应该做的是争取abortion right联邦立法。那些故意带歪节奏的，都是别有用心！
最高法院大法官不能以自己个人喜好来解释法律？这句话现在就是个笑话了，最高法院大法官不但可以以自己个人喜好来解释法律，还可以以：

就是因为没有联邦层面的立法，只是五十年前的一个最高法院的判例（Roe和Wade就是当年那个案子的当事人双方），所以才会被现在的高法找了个借口推翻。
最高法院没有立法权，只有法律解释权。堕胎这个话题，就是因为没有联邦法律规定，才需要到高法去解释。联邦法律规定很明确的事情，没高法解释的份儿
