UPDATE: Trump says he has reached a deal with "Comrade Kamala Harris" for the debate on ABC. Trump says the rules will be the same as the CNN debate meaning Kamala won't be able to sit down or get a cheat sheet like she requested. Trump says the Fox News debate will be "held open" in case Kamala changes her mind. (Kamala was worried about doing a debate on Fox) "We have also been given assurance by ABC that this will be a "fair and equitable" Debate, and that neither side will be given the questions in advance (No Donna Brazile!)."
