万能的华人网，请教给父母申请绿卡需要等130批准才可以递交485吗？

朋友给了个130和485同时递交的材料清单，填写表格的时候才发现现在的130都是网上提交。需要等130批准了才可以递交485吗？
另外这个native language的地方需要提交什么资料？问了一圈周围的朋友，大家都不记得了

如果父母退休了，这里还需要填写吗？

不用等130批准，130网上提交后会有一个receipt notice，把这个和485一起寄走就可以了。
那个native language 的文件，就自己用word做一个姓名和地址的翻译就可以了

再请教一下，如果父母退休的话，目前雇主信息还需要填写吗？

我没有网申130，和485一个package寄的，批得很快。

youtube 搜 i485， 有非常详细的教程。退休了就填Retired。
