supplements industry is not regulated in the U.S. so you'd better follow your doctor's advice. Usually they do a lot of research regarding these things.

谢谢mm回复。不是我，是我国内老师，她人很好，上学时对我很好，最近聊天时知道了她有点骨质疏松和心率低，所以想买点有点帮助的保健品给她。
