具体取决于
EOD- End of the day , 一般可以 23:59之前交
COB - close of business ， 这个考虑对方的 工作时间，一般假设 9-5， 下午5点前

最好eod，5点以前

看有多重要。有些网站会崩溃，所以，提前半天交比较安全。
