There is a 10 x 7 x 7 mm mildly complex cyst in the right kidney upper pole demonstrating a 3 mm mural nodule. Normal renal cortical echogenicity. Normal renal cortical thickness is noted. The left kidney measures 12.0 x 5.3 x 4.4 cm. No hydronephrosis or shadowing calculus. No renal cyst or mass is demonstrated. Normal renal cortical echogenicity. Normal renal cortical thickness is noted. The urinary bladder demonstrates no focal abnormality. Normal postvoid bladder volume residual of 19 mL. There is a 2.3 x 1.4 x 1.8 cm cyst in the prostate gland. Impression: 1. Mild right hydronephrosis and hydroureter concern etiology. Recommend CT urography for further evaluation. 2. No need for panic. Rather small lesion, probably need a CT or MRI. Need to see a urologist, might need surgery to take it out.
