If you don't go after accepting you are going to be blacklisted and it's not good for your reputation in your sector. If you made up to take the second offer I would contact the hiring manager directly. He/She is going to be even more offended you didn't contact them directly to let them know.

做的内容更有前景,工资也高了一截,我当时接第一个主要是因为没有别的offer,起码要先拿住一个吧 大家收multi-offer的时候,时间能排得这么好都在同一个window? 我下周还有一个 final round 估计也能拿到 offer,但这个新offer 给的考虑时间也不多,第三个大概直接不接了
回复 7楼 savagediana999 的帖子 If you are not in a hurry or must leave, you can usually tell the second place you got an offer already and ask them to speed up the process. It helps with negotiating the package too.

这种情况肯定有一定程度的burn bridge,最好的方法是能不能和HM schedule a meeting, 当面解释,不行的话给HM and HR 写一封很诚恳的email。 还好的就是你接受offer的时间还不算太长,你的理由也很能让人理解, 这种情况越快讲越好。 我最近才有个人签了offer不来了,但是情况恶劣的多。先是编了一堆理由说是要等六个星期才开始(后来发现全是撒谎)当时喜欢他的background就同意了,后来又在签offer前各种作妖各种很lame的借口,我已经不想hire他了,但是我老板很喜欢他我又忍了。本来下个星期就要开始了,我写了一封welcome email然后copy executive teams and my whole dept (公司规定),结果接到他的email,说要留在原公司 (当时interview的时候说了一大堆为什么原公司不适合他)。那这六个星期你干嘛去了?HR说了,这个人我们公司任何职位永不录用,我将来到任何公司,也不会录用他的。
先接了一个offer,是当时唯一的一个,问了能不能考虑时间长一些但不行,稍微聊了一下工资就签了,三周后上班,开始了背调等过程,现在进行中
现在过了一周半,收到一个工作内容和工资都好不少的 offer,打算把前一个据了,这种情况下怎么和第一个公司说?打电话给HR,还是直接和 hiring manager 说?怎么说?我想如实说收到另一个offer,会可能影响到新offer么?
在同一个城市,这个专业是个small world,虽然和第一个公司算关系毁了但希望别毁得太彻底,日后说不定还要相见的,最重要是别影响到新 offer

我见过啊;跑去小公司,然后小公司被原公司买了。 还有原来来interview当下属,杯具了过了2年面试成功当了老板的老板
这种情况当然就是开诚布公告诉公司,你收到别的offer准备走人 这没啥吧
