而且做volunteer 不在于机构多大，是人都可以去大或小机构做volunteer，你不会因为去了有名机构就怎么样，这个又没有门槛。
申请藤校最重要的是学生从volunteer中学到了什么，对他的未来发展有什么影响，这些才是精华，不然跟风做个什么volunteer 不会有半点用处。
ESLfun 可不是学生自建组织。ESLfun有三年历史，正规美国小学老师授课。现在拓展服务新移民孩子，有经验的老师回来训练volunteer 老师，提供免费一对一课程，对小孩的成长有极大的意义。如果有类似的非盈利机构，也欢迎去服务。非盈利组织之间没有竞争。大家都是提供服务服务社会。如果没有这些情怀，也不用考虑申请藤校。
