最高法院今天这个判决一点都不出乎意料, 但是充满逻辑谬误 1 承认trump和MAGA在2021年试图政变推翻美国政府未遂 2 认定federalism 大于state rights 3 之前Doub判决堕胎非法时候认定states right小于federalism 4 MAGA保守派法官之前判决号称是originalist就是说要按照宪法和修正案当时起草人的字面意思来判决。这次这个14修正案字面意思再清楚不过了，可是这次它们不作为了。真是前后矛盾脸都不要了 前后矛盾完全不顾任何逻辑任何脸面了 举个例子； MAGA/SCOTUS: we believe in states rights KANSAS: we''re refusing to ban reproductive rights in our state constitution MAGA: except that OHIO: we''re protecting repro rights in our state constitution MAGA: and that COLORADO: trump is disqualified SCOTUS: no more states rights!!!
