肺腺癌有很大概率有基因突变，可以用靶向药的。治疗有效控制住肿瘤的话很快就能站起来。如果还没做的话赶紧做基因检测。

我猜你爸爸有吸烟史？吸烟的人是会得多个原发性肺癌的。已经左肺切除，没有定期做CT太失策了，发现得早的话本来是有机会根治的。肺部肿瘤有多大？有胸膜积水吗？除了骨转移，其他脏器有转移吗？有没有脑转？ 现在没有手术机会了，治疗应该先从现有的靶向药或免疫疗法入手。肺腺癌药物还是很多的，这些都不行再考虑临床试验吧。如果只有骨转移没有其他病灶，还是有机会存活一段时间的。

我婆婆也是自第一次左肺癌治愈15年后又查出了肺癌，在右肺上还是第四期（晚期），当年85岁无法手术，服用了4年靶向药去年去世了。 服用靶向药的四年应该说生活质量还是不错的，没有特别大的痛苦，定期看医生，去世前半年还能生活自理，一个人住还能自己做饭
