虽已是三天前的事儿，车主张先生回想起那天的事，仍然心有余悸。
12月23日，张先生驾驶小轿车从台州前往嘉兴。
车辆行驶在常台高速台州路段时，张先生习惯性开启了定速巡航功能，把时速定在100公里。
14时45分许，张先生踩了刹车，发现并没有使定速巡航结束，然后惊恐地发现，车子的定速巡航功能竟然无法关闭。
张先生尝试了包括踩刹车、按压功能键在内的多个方法都无法取消定速巡航状态，车辆保持120公里左右的时速，一路行驶。
从没遇到过这样的情况，张先生感觉手脚冰凉，随着行驶距离的加长，他内心已经到了崩溃的边缘。猛然间看到路边上蓝色牌子上的报警电话提示牌，他果断拿起手机，拨打了“12122”，向高速交警报警求助。
获悉警情后，绍兴高速交警立即展开救援。
“我现在时速是120公里，但我取消不了定速巡航。”车主张先生几乎语无伦次，他告诉接线警员，车辆行驶至常台高速天台服务区后，他发现定速巡航功能无法取消，车辆无法有效制动，也无法挂挡、熄火。
“车辆是电子手刹，我踩刹车时，时速会稍微下降至100公里，还会产生焦味，但一旦松开刹车，车速立马恢复。”他说。
高速交警“12122”接警员王琪与张先生实时保持通话不停安抚稳定驾驶员的情绪，并引导其控制好方向盘，尝试推空挡，关引擎等办法将车速降下来。
绍兴高速交警立即启动紧急事件应急预案进行指挥调度，下达指令进行交通管控，关闭沿途收费站，减少进入主线车辆带来的车辆交汇碰撞风险，并指令辖区高速交警二大队实施现场救援。
辖区大队接到指令后立即启动了紧急事件处置预案，大队作战室通过视频监控对张先生的车辆进行全程监控，由于张先生途经的路段属于山区道路，有连续长下坡、急弯道、隧道、高落差等特殊危险路段，大队作战室指派辖区民辅警分成4组警力，在沿线大型互通和加速匝道为其压道，拉响警报进行预警提醒其他车辆，在沿途情报板打出避让警示信息，另指派一辆警车跟在张先生车辆后方进行防护警戒。
现场救援紧锣密鼓，后台人员也同步跟进，高速交警联系上车辆技术人员，寻求技术上的帮助，争取从源头上化解风险。
15时20分许，在汽车品牌方工程师的引导下，张先生终于关闭了轿车定速巡航，安全停车，停车后的张先生顿时感觉获得了重生，瘫倒在了驾驶座上。

应该是大卡车都要全险，所以不想花钱拖车，宁可撞了让保险赔。
把车的档位从自动档换到手动档（或者sports档等等本质上的手动档），然后主动用低档位开车，这样就能减少依赖刹车，让刹车有足够时间冷却下来，防止失效
有些车直接有低档位L档，直接换到这个档位上好了，这个档位就是为了下那种延绵几迈长长的坡、拉重物或者雨雪天气用的。

上次回国去西部旅行，发现西部山区的高速公路有一些图中这种应急避险缓冲车道
这种设计太好了，对于长距离下坡路上常见的刹车失控的车辆，让它冲进避险车道去上坡，加上路面是松软的，以及障碍物，就能有效的把车停下来
在美国山区其实时不时也都能看到这种危险驾驶的车辆，那么长的坡，结果车的刹车灯一直是亮着的，简直是吓死个人不偿命。。。
微信视频上刷到国内有个案例是辆卡车失控，有机会使用避险车道，但是怕事后拖车花钱，选择不用想撞大运停下来，结果造成严重事故的。
自动挡的车，超过一定时速后，一般不会允许挂空挡的

这个叫truck runaway ramp, 顾名思义是给truck用的，重载的刹车距离很长，容易下坡出事。平时的passenger vehicles 闸片如果不过热，发生问题的概率没有那么大。

你那边可能地势平缓，西部多山，这种ramp一般是给一个很长的下坡路长用到，因为长时间刹车，过热会导致刹车失灵，尤其是卡车。同样地区，上坡时会提醒你关冷气，怕散热出问题。现在的车子性能越来越好了，应该会越来越少见了。
这个车不知道，但是美国那个丰田公司的，著名的刹车门事件。

无法取消定速巡航可以理解，为啥车子会加速到120公里的时速？
美国有 主要是长距离下坡道上给大卡车用吧
当然包括踩油门，看看能不能触发什么机制解锁逻辑，另外高速上路况复杂，需要避让
至于嘛，人家可能父母都不在世了。。在这种生死一线的情况下，还能惦记着自己有亏欠的人，不管是父母还是妻子还是儿女，都是相当有情义的人了。

如果把定速巡航开在100，难道不是保持在100，怎么会巡航在120？
道理很简单，媒体被告怕了。被谁告怕了？2018年奔驰车定速巡航失灵，当事人索赔，奔驰把当事人和媒体告了。
最后一条是说，如果能自行把车停下，但警车还没到的话，就先在路边停车并确保自身安全
