放回去的目的，是让受害者去给这张卡充值啊
一张店里的实体卡，卡号12345和密码xyz已经预设了，但没有充值、没有activated
贼把卡拿走，去掉保护层，把卡号和密码抄走，再把保护层贴回去、放回店里。这个时候卡仍然是没有充值、没有激活的。卡号12345和密码xyz拿去网上查询时没有钱的。
接下来受害人去买卡了，充值，激活，带着这张卡离开店里。此时受害人可以用实体的卡去消费，也可以用卡号12345和密码xyz在网上消费。可玩玩想不到，卡号12345和密码xya已经被贼提前抄走了，贼在网上查询发现卡里有钱，直接用掉。受害人拿着实体卡再去用，就成了卡里没钱。
真的。还是国内的红包好。大家都方便。
Target礼卡，尤其是实体卡，容易被盗，在华人流传五六年了，怎么还有姐妹跳火坑啊？
我也没懂。barcode扫出来很容易，但是使用时候的那个Pin要刮开涂层才能看到，输入pin 才能加进账号里，店里使用也得输入Pin才行。难道是涂层被刮了再涂回去？这样的话那应该所有的卡都不安全了，不会只有target。
我也是网上买实体卡，收到后去店里一张张分开打receipt，然后再送出去。
我记得从两年前开始 在店里买东西也要刮开涂层输入密码了，所以如果涂层看着完整 应该没问题吧 那些被盗的据说是刮开记下密码后会用专门的图层不干胶又沾回去，所以今年target又加了纸壳的外包装，防止别人撕开包装挂刮密码。不知道楼主这样一切完好的卡是怎么被盗的。难道是有黑客？
卡上面写了，如果余额有问题，可以跟target客服联系。我如果收到空卡，我不会跟送的人联系，但是我会跟target联系，至少能查一下是哪里的人用了这卡

grocery和餐馆被盗的可能性小，因为你必须用实体卡买东西。target可以在网上用，当然 在网上用被抓的可能性也大。现在scammer开始把卡的一部分剪下，这样可以当实体卡用， 也不容易被发现。所以要注意看包装，买那种不容易被打开的或者如果被打开能被发现的。 不过目前很多卡都是露在外面的，这些卡要避免。网上买的目前我还没发现问题。
我从网上买target gift card好多年了，没出过问题。但是网上买的target卡号码都露在外面，实在没法 送人（如果没钱，别人会以为我用了因为我能接触到所有信息）。实体店的我没买过。所以送人的卡 要避免target.

19年买的卡可能没被人用这种方法偷过号码
加进账户还能盗走吗？我有一张gc自动加到队友账号，我想把它加到我账号都不让。能不能直接输卡号刷就不知道了。

刮密码那个有人刮开记录下来之后再弄个假的刮刮贴贴上。今年全密封的包装我开始以为安全，但最近爆出来的，那个封口贴可以用热风机吹了弄掉，之后再贴回去
