共和党的建制派和温和派认为国家是需要治理的，而极右那边很多则认为不需要治国，政府不存在了才好，比如八人组，其诉求就是阻止治国。 这也是为何共和党比民主党难以团结，民主党的激进派和建制派关键时刻可以团结在“要治国”这个理念下互相妥协，但共和党那边，治国派和反治国派实在是难以合作啊。 问题来了，第一任大大总体上还是和治国派共和党在合作,再来一次他是会选择治国派还是反治国派呢？如果是反治国派那就不需要思考治国的问题啊，把所有事情下放到州里彻底变成个邦联就好啦。
