CVC §16075 (c) requires that the department hold a hearing and make a determination before the effective date of the suspension.

就是driver lincese上面有星号，表示是合法身份的ID
是一样的就是右上边有个标志改了，我记得收到Real id以后，原来的驾照就作废的，但是你的Real ID 也应该是七月过期，和原来的那个过期日是一样的
保险公司会查车辆有无登记，司机有无驾照。以前是受保人在续的时候提供证据，现在保险自己能去dmv调。

说真的，话糙些，你这孩子肯定有问题，保险公司肯定提前给他发信什么时候renew，他自己不上心怎么办？州政府肯定也是提前寄驾照的renewal，估计还是ignore。这次就长个记性吧。弄清楚为啥不renew很重要啊

楼主孩子直接两眼一抹黑，什么都不管就是了，你这孩子本来也是这样，要什么没什么，却能开车。
被他撞报废的车有保险吗？如果那个车有保险的话，是谁的车谁倒霉，车险会被追责赔付。
另外他绝对全责啊，Stop停完了起步开车连路都不带看的，真是佩服

肯定是楼主孩子啊。司机那条路没有Stop Sign, 楼主孩子那边有Stop Sign. 而且楼主说她孩子先是made a full stop, 然后以每分10迈的速度行驶，紧接着对方的大货车就撞上了。
谁那么傻主动同意来兜底？这世界上没有大善人
他这样描述是不是想说明小孩在stop sign停的时候没看到大卡车，然后起步过街的时候突然冒出来的大卡车？
这种情况也算小孩的错吗？
哪里会有突然冒出来的大卡车，司机没仔细看罢了，也许以为是all way stop?

这只能说明她孩子没看清楚啊。
最关键的是对方没有stop sign，有路权。而楼主孩子这边是有stop sign 的，所以对方可以放心行驶不用管有Stop Sign的另一边 。
而楼主孩子没看清，或者说没有经验预判好他能不能赶到大货车开到这个路口前就完全离开这个路口的话，即使做了一个full stop 也没有用。
而且full stop 本来的意义就是你要停下来仔细观察，如果另一半人家没有stop sign,那就得非常小心，不是说做完stop sign 这个姿势就可以开走了，而是必须一直停着不动，等另一边没有stop sign 的所有车辆开过之后，才能走。
楼主家的孩子能钱包丢了，补驾照补错了，拿到错的ID不检查，保险到期不查是不是Renew了，开车停stop sign不观察就直接再开。
其中任何一步都能改变事情轨迹，可是事情还是发生了。
没保险事后谎称当时有保险是欺诈，警察不可能这样告诉楼主儿子。
通篇看下来楼主虽然说儿子英语很好无语言障碍，但他弄不清楚为什么自己去DMV办来的是Real ID 而驾照被取消了，撞车明明没保险警察不可能教他糊弄成当时有保险。离奇的情节接连在一个人身上发生，真的不是他怎么就那么特殊，而是他说话本身就是春秋笔法没实话。
算了吧。网友没必要挫人家心窝子。但确实网友不是傻子。
