Any level easy power lifting program: strong lift 5x5

昨天在停止将近一年后重新开始power lifting.
program就是很有名的strong lift 5x5, 搜下就能岀来。

这是我昨天录的back squat 45 x 5 https://youtube.com/shorts/xSHxzJ7KdYc?si=FB11SolUPL1hi_2e
加上overhead press 10 x 5
deadlift 65 x 5
上面所有做x5. 所谓5x5.
以我过去经验,workset 重量以每天2.5-20 上升,我的目标是deadlift 135x5x5, 第四次能达到。拭目以待。

没懂,请仔细说说吧,谢谢 而且哪里我都没说给大家示范,我只是给大家举个栗子什么是5x5 资格上我PR是185, 不多,但说朋我动作必须规范,否则不可能上量。

这个争议可以有。 的确是到了极限,上身不够结实,所以squat远小于dead lift. DL可以几乎两倍体重。IIRC, straight bar是245.

等等,楼上是不是只看了walk out就以为结束了?不然百思不得其解,not even full squat也可,not even half squat什么鬼,连教练都承认至少是half squat, 还说先能做half,下次就能做full.
只能说是柠檬精本精故意出来恶心人的。好像不只一次,以前我夸儿子时偏偏不自己开帖要在别人楼里说不着四六的话,就凭自己脸皮厚吗?果断拉黑

Legs sore. Apparently swimming didn’t use them enough.
