请教一下Treasure Note/Bond的年利率

在这一页说最近的auction, issue date Oct 16,10 year note rate 是 3.875% https://treasurydirect.gov/marketable-securities/treasury-notes/
然后看这一页 https://treasurydirect.gov/auctions/announcements-data-results/ Oct 16 issue 的10 year note，interest rate 3.875%. 然后，表上还有一列high yield 是4.610%.
然后读这一页 https://treasurydirect.gov/marketable-securities/understanding-pricing/ 对于T bill的解释很清楚。但是对bond/note的不是很容易理解。
假设我买10 year note, $1000的面额，因为high yield （4。61%）大于interest rate （3。875%）实际上我付 一个折扣价。 问题一：这个折扣价会是多少？怎么计算？ 问题二：这个 $1000块面额的note,我每年首多少利息？是$38.75每年，收10年，然后到mature 吗？

treasury direct里的interest rate 是 coupon rate。价格是通过discount by yield 得出的。下面这个表是用 spreadsheet 计算 你给的网页（https://treasurydirect.gov/marketable-securities/understanding-pricing/）上面 7年 note 的价格，大致一样（网上 99.43， 我的大致为 99.39)，精确的还要考虑天数。
