另外一個帖子我也沒看到啊，這裏每天的帖子太多了，只能看几個。 這都是海邊城市，美國有錢人最喜歡的地方。 我老家也在海邊，都沒有人要住，只是很多人觀光。

大部分常住居民 买房买的早 坐拥资产升值 实际上月付并不多 这个是按当前房价算的 三年涨一倍 一直不买房 当然越来越买不起了
