iPhone 15系列硬件成本分析：大陆零件只占2%

近日，日经济新闻与拆解机构Fomalhaut Techno Solutions合作，对于苹果最新款的iPhone 15系列进行了拆解和成本分析，相比上代机型整体硬件成本提升了8%~16%。 值得注意的是，日经还分析了不同国家/地区提供iPhone 15 Pro Max机款零件的比重（按成本计算）。 其中，美系零部件占比约33%，位居第一； 韩国零部件比重约为29%，增幅约为5%、位居第二；日系零部件比重维持在10%，位居第三；至于中国台湾供应的零部件比重大幅扩增至9%； 中国大陆供应的零部件占比则萎缩到了2%。
作为对比，中国在2023年二季度首次超过美国，成为苹果公司iPhone全球出货量最大的单一市场。

不是说华为出货在国内超过苹果了，然后中国成了苹果最大单一市场，说明国内经济也没有那么糟，这两天cook同学又在国内转悠，四川去完去北京还去了三里屯。前阵子还说美国高管都不去中国了。也不尽然，只要在国内卖货有生意就还得去。最近的广交会和上次比明显外国人多了很多，虽然很多第三世界的非洲的之类的。

质量有短板就啥也不用说了，搞得我都打消换手机的念头，朋友圈也没晒15的

Out of this number, only 8 were Chinese companies. By 2020, among the top 200 major suppliers, there are 96 Chinese manufacturers. Thus, Chinese brands account for nearly half of the iPhone total supply chain. By 2021, 12 more mainland Chinese companies have been added to Apple’s supplier list.

查了一下出处，看到英文的新闻了，没有说产地百分比。查了所有英文翻译的都没有说到零件产地。 原作是Nikkei媒体的报道，可是是收费的。个人感觉是没有可能缩减那么大, 可是中美贸易战打的那么火，可能苹果也有考量不要用中国零件。

The telephoto camera and its tetraprism system is also a massive 3.8 times more expensive than its predecessor, according to the report.  Other models in the iPhone 15 lineup are similarly expensive, with the iPhone 15 Pro costing Apple $523 to produce, up 8% from its year-ago counterpart. 找到了那家公司以前对iPhone14的报道，这家公司有把20%的零件作为不明，然后中国在它的报道里一直非常少，上一次是3.8%. 真有意思。。。iPhone 20%的零件是3无产品。
《日本经济新闻》在 Fomalhaut Techno Solutions 公司协助下，拆解 iPhone 14 系列的 3 个机种，并针对零件价格进行估算。
iPhone 14 Pro Max 的零件总额当中，以地区的区分来看，美国占 32.4%，韩国占 24.8%，日本占 10.9%，中国大陆占 3.8%、中国台湾占 7.2%，其他 (不明) 占 20.9%。
而去年的 iPhone 13 Pro Max，美国占 22.6%，南韩占 30.4%，日本占 14.5%，中国大陆占 4.5%，中国台湾占 8.4%，其他 (不明) 占 19.6%。

苹果富可敌国，少赚一点也没什么可怜的吧，而且大笔钱可以用来lobby DC，整华为苹果应该是最大的受益者。华为不论对5G还是安卓社区都很大贡献，这次太冤了。 我在深圳做电子的同学说现在国内往美国卖很难，就算他自己的产品不受限制但如果里面有什么元器件是上了名单美国客户也不允许买。也认识人把厂从东莞搬到马来西亚了，就是为了绕开美国的限制。

国人硬气一点，尽量不买或不再买苹果产品呗。

苹果本预计华为十年内无法翻身，所以苹果15就不做太大改进牙膏也不挤了，市场也能稳拿。结果傻眼了

华为mate 60是90%以上国产率，而且这个效果会慢慢蔓延到其他国产手机品牌。苹果手机如果继续降中国零件，以后怎么竞争。

中国封禁苹果是早晚得事情，没必要用中国供应商

原来cook才是最大的反贼
