My understanding is that the bill "S.937 - COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act" was passed both chambers and signed into law. There were 1 senate vote no and 62 house republicans vote no. The last vote from House: https://clerk.house.gov/Votes/2021145 Scalise vote yes in the final vote.
