好多公司都是10几个人就自己做芯片了。interface用IP，core是自己的digital design。physical design用vendor。vendor帮你整和core和interface，帮你跑simulation，然后送去tsmc流片，拿回来帮你测。做芯片的也有代工模式。
都已经有人说了。裁的是做芯片的部门。不自己做了。买就可以了。而且也就裁了300人
