I know this is super important to us :) There are three full bathrooms. One bedroom has its own double sink bathroom. The other bedroom has ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. I am not sure how to answer the other question you have regarding how to split the pay. Maybe wait and see how other JM thinks about this question? Personally, I think if you are conformable enough to travel with your friends then maybe just ask them about the pay split and room assignment.

还有个问题，有点不好意思问，但有很纠结。三家人合租Airbnb，你们觉得是每家1/3呢，还是根据房间的大小分。看了几个出租的房子，感觉房间有大有小的。如果住小房间的那家还要付1/3，是不是不太公平。

按房间数量来 按大小实属没必要
实话说，在这里住下，在海边走走，玩玩，游泳，吃吃当地的餐馆，感觉是15年前的美国。没有打砸抢，没有看到过什么希特勒的垃圾，漂亮而且安安静静的。
Sorosota 非常安全和干净，白沙绿水，秋假估计人会多一些，但非常好的游泳时节。3家住一起不好玩，还没住就考虑费用怎么摊了，而且习惯不同。
一家人住一个小房子，买点BBQ的东西，自己可以做饭，真真的海边度假。
Christmas 去怎么样？ 住一，两晚，有好吃的吗，beach能不能下水？ 可能不能?我们Christmas去 keywest 感觉水还是有点凉。
一定根据大小环境付钱 主动拎出来讲 不然别人可能不好讲 但是心理不舒服拧巴 或者没下次了 平分简单 人性不简单 不要小看
