刚填完个人信息,信用卡信息,马上就收到短信,扣了$9.74 是不是哪个地方错了?我是说,我还没下载这个软件呢,太奇怪了 我是在findallapps.com这个网站,本来是想看看下载zelle app, 在一个zelle vs Venmo 界面,下面有个download button, 点进去后面是个注册的界面,填个人邮件地址和密码,后面的页面就是个人姓名,state, 信用卡信息,我当时没有太警觉,填完信息马上就收到扣$9.74的信息。我还没有下载zelle呢,感觉这个应该不对。打了扣钱短信里的电话,好像跟zelle没什么关系,后面让选1/2/3/4,选了说sorry, we can''''''''t answer your questions in a timely manner,让联系。。。。。 能跟信用卡公司联系不付这个钱吗?

能跟信用卡公司联系不付这个钱吗?
是给银行还是信用卡公司?
能说的更详细点吗?会有什么可能的后果
给信用卡公司打电话取消这张卡就可以了吧?这张卡作废是不是就没什么问题了?
然后每个月都收你十块八块的,因为你下载时候肯定点了你不会仔细看的agreement,dispute 也不容易
刚给citi打电话(Costco 用的信用卡),请他们cancel了这张卡,因为那个9.74现在是pending transaction, 说让我等posted以后再打电话dispute. 照你说的没有办法了吗?
我说的是我遇到过的那次是这样,后来我就干脆关了卡
我到history 去查去的哪个网址,这个网址很tricky, 这次去点进去又是另外一个页面,搞不清楚是哪个地方扣的钱。。。查短信里让我打的那个电话号,显示是个fake Amazon business robocall... 要把卡关了的话,我们citi还有一张卡,也不用了吗?Costco 也没法去了吗?真是太糟糕了

你先换个新卡,dispute 这个charge,很多人嫌麻烦就认了。要是它们再charge你新卡,再计议
只是短信通知扣了9.74, 有问题打电话,电话打过去让我选1/2/3/4, 选了以后说没法回答我的电话。。。
这个在citi网站也许能看到收钱一方的信息吧
你都明知道对方是骗子了,为什么要联系他们?联系citi不就完了?

在Costco,只要是Visa卡就可以,不一定非是他家的Citi卡。

我上周六当天已经联系citi,取消了那张信用卡,但那九块钱客服说要posted后才能dispute, 因为已经pending了。希望只损失那九块钱
