不黑心的公司是年度结束做review时在岗就给,即使实际发放时已离职。但是年度结束前就离职的,我还没听过给的。
律师知道的比这里的人多。公司当然能蒙则蒙。
找律师是个好主意,不过先别甩狠话给公司,有律师接再放话。
哈,我们干脆是unlimited pto,简单粗暴,离职时理所当然一分钱都没有。
