SINUSES/MASTOIDS: Completely opacified left maxillary sinus with chronic osteitis. Opacification in the left anterior ethmoid sinus. OTHER: Visualized extracranial soft tissues and orbits are unremarkable. IMPRESSION: 1. No suspicious lytic osseous lesion. 2. Left ethmoid and left maxillary sinus disease. 这个结果是不是没啥问题呀? 谢谢大家！
我爸爸最近做了bone survey 看有没有multiple myeloma. In the superior calvarium, there may be prominent venous lakes and arachnoid granulations versus lytic lesions. CT head without contrast could be performed for further evaluation.
