MS HS Math Club，Research Club Discord group: Interested students can join the Math Club discord group and discuss math problems there. Participation is free. Club activities: We plan to have monthly guest lectures given by professors, postdocs, or qualified PhD candidates around the world. Half of the lectures will be on mathematics and its applications (Math Club). The other half will be on scientific research problems (Research Club). The time will be the third Saturday 7-8pm CST of each month unless otherwise noted. The lectures will be followed by e-receptions 8-8:30pm CST. All lectures will be held on Zoom. Please mark your calendar. We will organize lecture prep sessions on the second Saturdays of each month, one week before each lecture. During the prep session, our teacher will introduce background knowledge in order to better understand the following lecture. For Saturdays with no guest lectures or lecture prep sessions, we plan to have our own students speak about their favorite math problems or research projects. Participation of the lecture activities is subject to an annual membership fee ($30). For 2023, it is free. AoPS，Beast Academy购书经验分享 有朋友问我们买了纸质书还需不需要买网络版。我们更喜欢纸质书，看上去比较有感觉。我们的孩子也都用的纸质书。我们也买了网络版，主要是教课和旅游的时候用。如果您一开始只买了纸质书，后来发现也需要网络版，可以给AoPS发邮件升级，补交$19即可。 另外在AoPS上买了纸质书还没寄到的时候，可以跟他们要临时的online book access。下边是他们的email摘录： “Once the parent places the order, they can leave a comment on the order or forward their email confirmation receipt over to [email protected] to ask for temporary access to the Online version of the textbook while it ships. They just need to make sure to tell us what AoPS Online username to assign the online book to temporarily. Note that this request needs to come from the email that was used to place the order for proof of association. ” Beast Academy: 有朋友问我们推荐网络平台还是纸质书。我们家孩子都用过。一开始的时候他喜欢在iPad上做BA的题目，像打游戏一样，做得很快，但是知识掌握的不牢。后来我们买了教材和练习册，每天做几页，不会的题目还拿着书讨论，效果很好。比较起来，我们更推荐纸质书。
