这个只是recognize foreign proceeding，恒大在其他国家肯定已经进入破产清算，不知道是不是中国。这个是chapter 15，不算是真正的在美国申请破产

嗯，我也记不太清楚。但好像是去年年初的时候我提了一句恒大爆了，我亲戚才说她也买了恒大，但是当时她嘴特别硬，相信恒大没事是别人造谣
买个皮带算什么啊。破产保护就是保护资产的操作之一 皮带哥技术上还离婚了， 现在的钱随便保留点也按亿起步了。这个层面的人一个小破产对他们生活分分钟没啥影响

公司名下有地产。而且他家很难查，不像美国公司什么都documented，所以内部调查和SEC调查查了好几轮什么也查不到，这次如果恒大破产清算，也许会有legitimate reason再查一次，倒不一定只是为了抵债。
贾跃亭能这么胡作非为后面水才深呢。你以为他仅仅是骗钱，比国内红楼新天地也不差什么，而且是在美国也敢这么干。所以说他后面的人心狠手辣呢，恒大本来根本不会走到这一步，这么大公司这么多老百姓的钱，说断就让你们都断，还什么幸福感。
