孙释颜（原名：孙维）对高菲替她辩护文件的修改（红字为孙的修改） 先自我介绍一下，我是清华化学系物化二班的一员，朱令和孙维的同班女同学。在此我只想针对网上的一些言论把我了解的情况和想法写下来，我会尽量客观如实地记录。希望大家不要偏听偏信，人云亦云。 另外说明一下：我不说出自己的姓名是因为看到网上确实有一些不负责任的人肆意攻击。如果有人质疑我是马甲，或要求我说出姓名，请你先把自己的真名实姓联系方式公布出来，允许大家核实。到目前为止，指认孙维是凶手的人中除了贝志诚从来没有人说出过自己的姓名。 朱令94年底第一次发病，寒假之后回学校上学，当时身体看起来在康复中，可以去教室上课，离开宿舍去洗澡、煎药等等，并非传说中的卧床不起（Belle 自己斟酌是否可加）；95年第二次发病，经互联网求助知道是铊中毒，随后清华派出所也找了一些同学（不止同班同学）了解情况，然后就没有下文了。 关于网上流传的孙维为了争演出机会而下毒的动机，之前已有网友从社团运行方式方面证实是不可能的。我想补充的是我所认识的孙维不可能这么小肚鸡肠，认识她的人都知道，她虽然是个伶牙俐齿的女孩，但心地善良、性格直爽，有什么说什么。而且她当时进民乐队学中阮也只是一个业余爱好，玩玩而已。 我和孙维不在同一个宿舍，但经常去她们屋串门，说实在的我非常羡慕她们的宿舍关系，朱令社团活动较多，少在宿舍，但和大家相处得也很融洽。我觉得这种宿舍不可能发生投毒的事情，所以我总是在想朱令会不会是在别处中的毒，甚至有没有可能是误服。现在网上有很多质疑二次投毒的声音，而且也有专业医生的意见认为有可能不是二次中毒，更加深了我的这种想法。 我对贝志诚网络求助一事一直很佩服，但看了天妒一文，觉得贝的某些言论非常的不负责任，这是人命关天的事情，总是拿一些道听途说和完全站不住脚不值一驳的所谓证据来煽情，无论对孙维还是对朱令都是一种侮辱和伤害。 十年了，孙维最终发了这个声明，我很佩服她的勇气。因为在网络上，任何事最终都可能搅成一堆浆糊，但我还是决定像我其他的同学一样站出来，说出我们知道的事实，谣言止于智者，真心地希望每个人在看帖回帖的时候都仔细地想想。 最后说明一点，网上很多同学说我们不关心朱令，这并不是事实。我们确实做得还不够，但我们在这里不说并不等于我们什么都没做。而且我们在这里说什么也不能给朱令任何实际的帮助。在此也呼吁大家用实际行动帮帮朱令，胜过在网上无谓地吵来吵去。 添加评论 16:12 | 固定链接 | 引用通告 (0) | 记录它 固定链接 关闭 http://spaces.msn.com/sunshiyan/blog/cns!AF1B937AC836F9C1!112.entry 薛钢替孙释颜辩护的征求意见稿 1. 95年4月孙维与诸多同学一同翻译电邮，结果由系领导转交协合。 2。化学系前有多篇论文涉及铊。 3。事后得知储存有铊的实验室就在我毕设的同一楼内。所有化学药品当时并无危险品管理措施，每日工作时间(至每晚10时许) 实验室并不上锁。同时该实验楼担负各系仪器分析实验课程。所谓孙维是唯一可接触铊的指责有失公允。 4。95年6月30日，学校毕业典礼，孙维未领到毕业和学位证书。 5。孙维与舍友关系非常融洽，至今仍是好友。不仅如此，由于其宿舍气氛最为活跃，经常是我班很多女生晚自习后集聚打闹之所。虽然如今遍布各地，她们仍保持着密切的联系，并数次小聚。 6。朱令是社团骨干，相对与同班同学相处时间较少，所以我们班男同学也觉得她平日比较"酷" 。但每当班级活动，朱令能参与的总是非常积极，出谋划策。未见其与班内同学有何矛盾。朱令在协合住院初期，孙维及其他女生们曾帮助看护，直至很快有了特护。 7。孙维性格非常直爽，心直口快，嘴还比较"损"，爱开玩笑，但为人大气，属典型的北京女孩。 8。孙维曾在民乐队弹奏中阮，后退出。具体时间我不清楚，但有据可查，声明里提供的时间应为真实。 9。孙维的爷爷于1995年12月9日去世，这我记得很清楚。因为当时孙维非常伤心，班里同学曾一起安慰过她。而且直到当时，我才得知其爷爷是这么一位德高望重的老人。孙维在此之前从未提及。 添加评论 16:07 | 固定链接 | 引用通告 (0) | 记录它 关注朱令庚 Jun 27, 2006, 4:52:00 AM 孙释颜的发帖指南回帖纲要： 总纲: 须每天逐渐发贴. 尽量不要互相呼应（例外：以大学同班同学身份的可以适当呼应）。同时应当尽量回应其他人。建议互相加入一个MSN或其他IM. 1． 大学同班同学:发表对维 关注朱令庚 Jun 27, 2006, 4:53:33 AM 高菲的修改意见娘子， 看了几遍你的声明，觉得你写得挺好的，条理清晰，有凭有据。这么多年来，我们在你面前几乎从来不提这件事，潜意识是想淡忘，更怕伤害到你，看过你写的这些，才知道我们能做得简直就是杯水车薪。 关注朱令庚 Jun 27, 2006, 4:54:08 AM 通信之三 --- Hanlin Li <[email protected]> wrote: > Sorry I haven't checked my home emails 关注朱令庚 Jun 27, 2006, 4:54:55 AM to 精华 孙释颜和同学的通信 From: "wq" <[email protected]> View Contact Details Add Mobile Alert Subject: Re: I am back and need your contact info To: "Hanlin Li" <[email protected]>, [email protected], "Jin Ya" <[email protected]>, "sun wei" <[email protected]> Date: Mon, 12 Dec 2005 13:35:20 +0800 so glad to hear from u from shanghai. my cell: 13600072567 PF: 13570066776 contact u later, see u. Anyway, no matter what happens, I always repeat to myself, that I am not the poorest person in world and I will never be knocked down. There are too many examples that people sufferied much much more that I do. So what I'm now experiencing is nothing. For example, Zhu Ling's family is more poorer, and they sufferred much much more. Of cause I don't like their way of doing things but it's also understandable to some extent. I'm still making modifications based on some early comment. 之前有分析说是群体作案，目的是想让朱令生病，然后休学一年退出这个寝室。没想到第一次投毒后朱令没有病得很严重也不会搬出寝室，然后再是第二次投毒。第二次投毒就加大了剂量，于是一个不小心把人给整废了。 因为群体作案，就算不是投毒的那个，也是知情者，有知情不报和包庇罪，所以最后寝室里没有人为朱令案提供任何线索。
朱令父母去世的时候，虽说带不走孙维，但至少希望留下一个绝笔，让真相能大白于天下
其实破案很简单的，你抓住了犯罪动机、犯罪手法、犯罪过程、凶器，基本上凶手就差不多了。贝志诚一个学计算机的，完全接触不到Ta盐（不是耗子药，是高纯度的铊盐），也没有能近距离接触朱的投毒方式，还有啥求而不得的啥狗屁动机，根本不成立，他大学和朱就没有任何交集了。所以当孙维把贝推出来当嫌疑人说事的时候，她就输了。。。
没药的分析我觉得很接近于事实了
"孙维爷爷临终床前求江啥的" 这是贝志诚首先在新语丝披露的独家历史新编。

这里唯一逻辑不通的是。
如果凶手不是孙维，案件发生在清华，能接触金属的人和朱令的人就那么几个，就凭这孙家，朱家的能量，找不出真凶，只能说真凶就是这其中的一个。贝家和清华能力也不小，可就是生生的拖了几十年了。
北京警方90年代可没现在这么文明，刑讯逼供是常见的，一个惊动国家高层和最高学府的案件，警方就硬是没有给出个结论，连替罪羊也没有找一个，让这个案件这么吊着。
先不说朱家有找到凶犯的需求。假设凶手不是孙维，能量更大的孙家现在更急需找到凶手吧，因为孙维明显已经被严重影响了。按理说，孙家应该出面力压北京警方，动用自己所有的能力，还孙维一个清白。孙家这么有能力的家庭，同学受害，自己家公主，被人栽赃，就这么认怂了，也说不通吧。孙家应该不遗余力的提供嫌疑人的线索吧。不过更搞的是，竟然有一群人认为嫌疑人是贝，至少应该找个能够进女生宿舍的清华的嫌疑人吧。
不用等他们去世前吧，如果朱令去世他们就可以公布了，反正什么都没有也不怕了，现在也是希望朱令能好好活到最后。
我是做法律的，这个案件现在的一个问题是，追诉时效其实已经过了。
按照刑法第八十七条，法定最高刑为无期徒刑、死刑的，经过二十年。如果二十年以后认为必须追诉的，须报请最高人民检察院核准。
这个案子简直是教科书式的，被害人及时报案了，公安机关也迅速立案了，犯罪嫌疑人没有逃避侦查（很多旧案没有追诉时效全靠犯罪人逃跑），全案没有定案，没有审判，但也没有销案。诉讼时效规定的每一条几乎都是完美切合的，除非现在能冒出一个完全无关的逃避侦查的嫌疑人来。
这个案子，除非天翻地覆，比如某人出面坦白，呈现新证据，否则最高检不可能出面核准。
因为如果警方检方在没有新证据的情况下，破案了，凶手就是同学。警方检方这几十年的不作为，明知道凶手但让人逍遥法外，这个带来的负面影响，会动摇根基的，还不如就当作没破案。
你连基本的事实都不清楚，贝志诚是北大力学系的，怎么就不可能买不到铊盐了？相反，孙维这么多同学，不可能封住每一个人的嘴，而贝志诚是单线联系，他写的帖子漏洞百出，但凡有一个其他佐证，他早露馅了
同意最后一句话。觉得不太可能破案了，除非有石破天惊的新证据新证人。最后估计就和所有那些冤假错案一起烟消云散了。
这人就是孙维或者他们一伙的，可以查查IP地址。 如果来美国的话，完全可以起诉的。还有她这种要是在美国拿绿卡或者国籍，一定要在申请材料上撒谎的。

前几天版上不是一个贴讲清华北大学生因为睡不好觉抑郁的很多吗，搞不好这个孙维也是如此，只不过她不是自己寻求正当帮助，而是对其他人下狠手
大家说孙维是凶手，你说是没证据阴谋论，也没有必要给贝志诚泼脏水吧。立场这样分明，你的身份太可疑了！朱令这件事在国外人尽皆知，在国内确没人知道，就知道凶手在国内的势力有多大。如果是其它普通华季少女案件，用得着搞得这么铁板一块吗？建议定期就把这件案子拿出来讨论，免得国内刚出来的小同学不知道。

先自我介绍一下，我是清华化学系物化二班的一员，朱令和孙维的同班女同学。在此我只想针对网上的一些言论把我了解的情况和想法写下来，我会尽量客观如实地记录。希望大家不要偏听偏信，人云亦云。 另外说明一下：我不说出自己的姓名是因为看到网上确实有一些不负责任的人肆意攻击。如果有人质疑我是马甲，或要求我说出姓名，请你先把自己的真名实姓联系方式公布出来，允许大家核实。到目前为止，指认孙维是凶手的人中除了贝志诚从来没有人说出过自己的姓名。 朱令94年底第一次发病，寒假之后回学校上学，当时身体看起来在康复中，可以去教室上课，离开宿舍去洗澡、煎药等等，并非传说中的卧床不起（Belle 自己斟酌是否可加）；95年第二次发病，经互联网求助知道是铊中毒，随后清华派出所也找了一些同学（不止同班同学）了解情况，然后就没有下文了。 关于网上流传的孙维为了争演出机会而下毒的动机，之前已有网友从社团运行方式方面证实是不可能的。我想补充的是我所认识的孙维不可能这么小肚鸡肠，认识她的人都知道，她虽然是个伶牙俐齿的女孩，但心地善良、性格直爽，有什么说什么。而且她当时进民乐队学中阮也只是一个业余爱好，玩玩而已。 我和孙维不在同一个宿舍，但经常去她们屋串门，说实在的我非常羡慕她们的宿舍关系，朱令社团活动较多，少在宿舍，但和大家相处得也很融洽。我觉得这种宿舍不可能发生投毒的事情，所以我总是在想朱令会不会是在别处中的毒，甚至有没有可能是误服。现在网上有很多质疑二次投毒的声音，而且也有专业医生的意见认为有可能不是二次中毒，更加深了我的这种想法。 我对贝志诚网络求助一事一直很佩服，但看了天妒一文，觉得贝的某些言论非常的不负责任，这是人命关天的事情，总是拿一些道听途说和完全站不住脚不值一驳的所谓证据来煽情，无论对孙维还是对朱令都是一种侮辱和伤害。 十年了，孙维最终发了这个声明，我很佩服她的勇气。因为在网络上，任何事最终都可能搅成一堆浆糊，但我还是决定像我其他的同学一样站出来，说出我们知道的事实，谣言止于智者，真心地希望每个人在看帖回帖的时候都仔细地想想。 最后说明一点，网上很多同学说我们不关心朱令，这并不是事实。我们确实做得还不够，但我们在这里不说并不等于我们什么都没做。而且我们在这里说什么也不能给朱令任何实际的帮助。在此也呼吁大家用实际行动帮帮朱令，胜过在网上无谓地吵来吵去。 添加评论 16:12 | 固定链接 | 引用通告 (0) | 记录它

I can't express with words but I have to admit that when I read the mail from all of you, I can't control my tears, even now. What a strange creature human being is -- when people are beating, hurting, humiliating you, you are strong and never show sorrow, but when you friends are comming with warm heart and words, you, on the contrary, start to cry. Anyway, no matter what happens, I always repeat to myself, that I am not the poorest person in world and I will never be knocked down. There are too many examples that people sufferied much much more that I do. So what I'm now experiencing is nothing. For example, Zhu Ling's family is more poorer, and they sufferred much much more. Of cause I don't like their way of doing things but it's also understandable to some extent. I'm still making modifications based on some early comment. If I can finish it by tonight, I will send you to review again. Anyway, let's see... Hope it doesn't cause you too much trouble :(

你要么没上过大学，要么故意搅浑水。九十年代大学生宿舍尤其女生宿舍都是封闭管理的，男生进去一次都很难，怎么能知道朱令宿舍里哪些东西是她的，哪些是她舍友的？
罪犯不是还怀疑过她家里被装窃听器了吗？所以她绝不会轻易透漏她的犯罪事实的，她肯定比谁都清楚一不小心说漏嘴是要丢了性命的。
据说好像寻求过帮助，她们宿舍几个女生要求学校调宿舍，但是校方未予理睬，所以校方责任也挺大的，后来学校偏袒她们可能是因为知道一旦真相暴露自己也难辞其咎。当然，校方一开始也没想到她们会采取这么极端的手段，大学宿舍睡不好觉的人多了，最后也都挺过去了。

虽然你可能纯来搅浑水的，但我还是要回复你。孙维能接触到铊盐不是清华那边的实验室告诉公安的，是公安追踪铊盐的销售渠道确定了全北京能接触到铊盐的机构，就是清华的那个化学实验室，然后才发现和朱有交集并且在这个实验室里干活的就只有孙。94年还没有阿里巴巴，你以为铊盐能随便在网上买到么？那时候连网都没有。只有专门的供应机构，而且这样剧毒的化学品都得靠着单位的介绍信去购买的，要不然朱这件事之前被下毒的基本上都是耗子药。通过投毒的方式（第二次是小量多次，以及被偷盗的洗漱用品），基本上可以确定投毒的人在她们寝室 。假设不是孙，而是另外两个，偶尔听到孙跟她们吹嘘自己能接触到铊盐，悄悄跑到实验室去偷的铊盐然后给朱投的毒，那这案子能这么被压着不公开？所以真相只有一个，孙维大概率是投毒的凶手。
