换了wi-fi carrier（Verizon），家里的打印机死活连不上wi-fi，大家碰上过嘛

你这么说一点信息都没有谁能帮到你？。。。

连路由器都换了？理论上wifi跟carrier没有关系啊。

多半是新wifi密码和以前不一样了，当然就连不上。打印机重新reset网络连接，重新输入密码试试。

The printer probably uses DHCP. With the new router, the IP address changed and your computer cannot find it at the previously memorized IP. Printers should use static IP to avoid situations like this. Search online for instructions on how to do this.

我遇到过。原来家里的wifi是2.4GHz的， 打印机联上没问题。 新家里是5GHz的，旧的打印机就联不上了。据说现在生产的打印机两个频率都能联上。你有没有可能是这个问题。
