The waitress alluded to something being wrong with the chicken, she wouldn't tell us what, just not to get it. The soda was warm, the food was cold. We overheard one of the cooks saying he didn't wash his hands. The only thing that saved it was the waitress was hot as the surface of the sun. 5/5. 10/10 would smash

Party of 9 we walked in and i asked "you guys only take cash" she stated yes that's what the sign says right... i let that one brush off and ended up sitting down because it was a long day and my family was hungry. Then i told her that my nephew was allergic to peanuts and sesame seeds she stated I'm sorry but all of our food has that. So i said ok give us a minute to decide what we are going to do. She stood there and said to us " are you guys going to stand up and leave or.... Just absolutely RUDE AS CAN BE!! Don't even waist your time here and go somewhere else!! If I could leave less than one star I would. 11/27/2021 after the day hike, we would like to dine in, I am f&&king Chinese. however, I had to give it 0 star if I can, we walk in, and the lady say they can only do take out which is fine, then 2 minutes later, 2-3 couple walk in, the cashier ask them if they want to dine in or to go? My family experienced such horrible customer service. Since we were a big group, we wanted to share the food we were ordering but was told, we would be charged for extra plates. The waitress did NOT handle the situation well at all, she only made things worse not handling the situation calmly. The waitress told us to leave threatening to call the police, scaring the children making them cry, and causing a scene. The waitress seemed irritated as my younger sister asked for teriyaki chicken and we asked for waters all-round, specifically telling the waitress one of the waters with no ice, yet she gave us all water with no ice, lazy. Don't come to this restaurant as they don't know how to treat their customers with respect and don't know how to communicate/ listen to their customers. 11/3/2019 My first time at this Chinese food restaurant, came here on a Saturday & was told by a lady cashier that they were only doing take outs. So we decided on take out & got 2 fried rice orders, 2 chow mein orders, an order of their Kung pao chicken & some beef & brocolli. She seemed to get irritated at the questions I would ask her about the menu replying with "omg let me know when you guys are ready". Took our order & we were told to come back in 10-15 min. Got back & there were people dining in. Weird. Checked our food & the fried rice was missing. Thank god we didn't leave without making sure all of our order was there. The whole time she was so out of focus on her job. Wouldn't be a recommendation from me.

我同事早几天拎着外卖回办公室发牢骚说, 打包的餐馆没给叉勺, 问店员要, 另收她50分, 而本身外卖就已收外卖费.
疫情以来, 餐厅真是越来越不要脸了.
几个年轻人cheap在哪？四人买两菜两饭是cheap，还是要四双筷子是cheap？视频主没说错，四人就算堂吃，两菜两饭也得给四双筷子。
几个年轻人见识少，被老板的cheap震惊了，没能平静的接受。但双方谁才是cheap到超出人类认知范围，是不能分辨的。
这家餐馆的评论已经被yelp屏蔽了。但仍然可以给评论点赞。我给所有的1分都点了赞。 而且我发现大量的1分来自这个事件之前。而且早在2014年就有很多人给这家餐馆1分的评论，真是让人失望透顶的餐馆。

店家大傻x，开门做生意就是要挣钱，这个钱来自这个顾客还是那个顾客，不重要、没差别。就算你多给了两双块子你吃亏了，也强过搞得有人要去网暴你，这样搞你的财路能宽到哪去？

但我也想说，做生意的谁不心疼成本，但脑子一定要清醒，自己做的一切都是为了总体总共挣更多的钱，而不是一时的得失
真是 case by case， 短视频里刷到过监控镜头，相信不是摆拍，一个年轻的食客姑娘先一个人吃，吃一半哭起来了，柜台里的店主大娘看了一会，走过去摸摸姑娘的头发，安慰了几句，那个姑娘就搂着大娘的腰嚎啕大哭起来。。。
虽然是哭的场景，但是画面却很暖心
屁大的事儿，要么付50cents多拿一双筷子，要么生气直接走人不要食物了不付钱。人都不愿意卖你食物了，要赶你走，你又非得在人那儿买，又不愿付筷子钱，这就是抬扛
两个菜+两碗米饭，店家给了三双筷子，顾客要四双，店家不愿意免费给，顾客非得要，店家说不做你生意离开我的餐馆，顾客打电话叫警察，警察说没办法你要不给他们留个yelp review。就这么点儿屁事儿。

看在哪里了，成都就可以。一次玩到很晚，和朋友在一个面店吃了碗面，然后他醉酒睡着了，还尿了裤子。店主是个老阿姨，一边拖地上的尿，一边说没关系就让他趴在那里睡吧，什么时候醒了什么时候再走。她要先走了，店里钥匙给了隔壁保安，我们走的时候和保安说一声就好。临走还不忘说一句，没关系，谁还没个狼狈的时候呢
餐馆过分了，两个菜给4双筷子很正常呀，就算是备用不行么，一次性的筷子而已，能值几分钱，这种餐馆以后还是少光顾了

有些餐馆这种情况加收分盘费的。
楼主写的这家店的确自打招牌。很多人旅游吃饭不规律因为不是很饿可是到时间了要吃，买一份分着吃很正常。
有什么问题呢？以前课文一碗阳春面，全家分着吃，这两个菜四个人分着吃有什么问题？这种店就应该曝光倒闭。
话说前一段去一家挺高档的饭店，那个服务真是无以伦比，我们本来想多要一个菜，服务生大爷还告诉我们吃不完，没必要多点。还拿了小盘子给我们全家分着吃各道菜。有一个牛肉端上来我吃了两块觉得太生了，让他回锅做熟一点，他重新端上来的是全新的一个菜。
所以呢，好的店跟差的店是天渊之别的，越是cheap的店越是态度恶劣，这种人根本不会做生意。
那你为啥不用2个筷子4个人轮着用不就行了？
你喜欢吃别人口水，我们没这个爱好。
华人吃客也不可思议。口口声声说带了食材，为啥不带勺子，筷子？本来就是计划用手抓？或者是计划到餐馆拿免费筷子？当被告知，筷子50美分一双时，她就不爽了。她还报警。警察也说不能强迫餐馆给她提供服务。

嗯，带食材和与店主的争执没关系。跟帖的网友我就不说了，楼主没看明白视频内容，就发帖冤枉当事人，被指出后还不更正，有失公允。
去过一些快餐连锁店如麦当劳熊猫快餐，刀叉调料餐巾纸都放在外面随便拿，不会阻止顾客多拿几张餐巾纸多拿两副刀叉两包糖，当然如果拿个背包去装的话，估计会劝阻，但我还没遇到过这样的顾客。为了一副几分钱的筷子和顾客计较，也是cheap出天际了。
就是的，饭量小的话，多要一份餐具很正常，开餐馆的还能连个一次性筷子都出不起吗，又不是一上来就要20份这么过分的。
那些商场的柜台/小店面/路边摊卖冰激凌/甜品的，人家一看我们家四个人买两份（其实都是小孩看见喊着想要，实际上都知道他们根本不可能吃完，我和我老公就吃他俩剩的都吃够了），不用我们问，都直接就给四个勺，或者问问我们是不是想要多点勺。其实他们不给我也不主动要，因为小孩真就是吃几口就够了的…就说这个理，没有店家做生意连个餐具都抠搜的。
可能主要问题是 to go 变成堂食？
