收到的礼物没收据退货

收到朋友送的倩碧护肤品，但是真的是不喜欢用，没有收据有没有可能退货？我和朋友要收据了，但是她和我说没有，因为是其他人送她，她有转送给我的。，有没有可能退百货公司credit也好啊。不然完全不用不上。

有男朋友和老公可以用么？ 不然店员应该不会给你退货的，收据都没有怎么退。
