事情是,退货了一个价值大约150刀的货品,其实都未拆过。 通过ups扫QR Code (亚马逊提供) 退回去,显示32天以前在拉斯维加斯的退货中心已经收到。
刚开始让我等30天,现在让我等60天,这明显不正常。 在reddit上搜索了一下,也有人有同样经历。 60天以后让去找UPS,然后赖账。
我高度怀疑我的case也会往这个方向发展。 现在我保存了ups提供的proof of delivery, 然后和亚马逊的聊天截图,那边自己承认东西已经投递。
问题是现在进入了一个死循环,前在人家手里攥着,拿他没办法。 而且悲催的是,是用亚马逊礼卡下的单。听说发邮件给亚麻高层会有用?

礼卡没问题啊,他们的说辞就是等退货中心process了就自动退款了。
但是这明显已经超出了正常时间范畴。
超过退货期限了吗?
掐好时间等烙印客服上线的时候打。个人经验烙印客服虽然说英语像含了个橄榄,但是特别干脆爽快。
没有超过退货期限。 打了好多遍了,海转接了supervisor,都没“橄榄”用。
自己的信用卡买的吗,dispute信用卡。

我退货一般也是这样,退的东西还没到amazon,退款就到账了。楼主这种很诡异,没碰到过,希望能顺利解决。
只要用信用卡买,反正可以dispute,觉得没事吧
这个也有可能,我有一次打电话给了退款,过了几个月又收到一次
+1 有次UPS把货寄丢了,亚麻也给我退钱了。也是第三方的货。
是什么原因呢?既然收到退货,不退钱总有原因吧。 知道原因才好支招啊。
他们只是说需要等仓库process,其他的他们一概不知。
