星期二下午Pleasanton刚发生了一起home depot 抢劫杀人案，嫌犯从Oakland来的，到店里打算零元购，店里的保安主管去制止，被枪击，送医后死亡。嫌犯在逃回Oakland后被抓获。以前大城市不安全，现在连全美安全城市榜名列前茅的Pleasanton都不安全了，真的是很sad。

但这个案子的重点不是这个（因为是黑夜这一点毫无争议），而是案情是不是能被那条法律中其他的东西描述。。。
