佛州要保护农业用地和基础设施，不受外国敌对势力操纵，可以理解。但是，单独限制华人买卖房地产的权益，就是基于种族和国别歧视。H1B留在美国工作，为所在国，州，地，市，县做贡献。为什么还要被恶法限制个人权益？古巴和委内瑞拉距离佛州更近。这两国也是敌对势力。下一步是不是也要禁止这两国的移民买卖房地产？就问佛州的立法者的立法依据到底是什么？

h1b是不可能定义为domicile在china的，能说出这个的不是傻就是坏。
你自己都承认这是滑坡逻辑那就不用我说啥了。另外这个是国别歧视没问题，但不是种族歧视，不能混为一谈。
