但是我的喉咙现在还是痛。老公也是不停喷嚏。我们从没得过新冠，我打了四针预防针，我第四针是今年一月中旬打的，才刚刚三个月。他应该是打了五针，但是最后一针他打的比我早。

我看了一下昨晚urgent care的医嘱，几年写了我测试的类型，好像就是PCR. 是molecular test. PCR的结果可以在十几分钟内出来的吗？

怎么三年了还有这么无知的人，每个人抗体强度和持续时间不一样，就算是夫妻，PCR一阳一阴多了去了。
感觉很难达到并保持理想状态。已经因为形形色色的原因推迟了两个周期，取消了一个周期。本来进入这个周期的时候已经觉得是能达到的最理想了，谁知半路杀出这个。
现在是我两次试剂盒和一次医院PCR都是阴，我老公一次试剂盒阳，一次阴，医院CPR 阴。所以我想知道假阳/假阳的情况大家遇到的多不多。看来还是得再预约测一次非快速的CPR。

我的诊所只要求疫苗证明，如果没有疫苗证明，就需要阴性证明。我这个周期基础卵泡只有6个，有两个囊肿。第五天ultrasound卵泡才有11个。前面取消周期，卵泡数一样，但是是有五个囊肿。再之前的周期，基础卵泡有10-12个。
我也觉得是测出一次阳，大概率会得阳。但是医院测了阴，又有点侥幸心理。
这种需要一两天出结果的是不是目前最准的了？

谢谢，刚去CVS 又测了。CVS的PCR 是发去quest做的，可能要等起码一天。这几天继续在家用测试盒。我们目前还没有发烧，老公喷嚏鼻涕这些好像不是新冠典型症状。我阴性但是有刀片喉等症状。
quest labcorp应该都可以直接去测。我这边街上还有测试点呢。

Abbot ID Now严格来说不是PCR（polymerase chain reaction), 是isothermal nuclei acid amplification test, 比standard PCR 敏感性低，不过临床performance在有症状的人群是不低的，你们两个有症状，测出来是阴性，基本上阴性，antigen test 假阳假因都有可能。最近human metapneumo virus和parainfluenza virus都在流行，都会嗓子疼。是在担心，去找医生开个respiratory molecular panel （bioFire FilmArray）非常敏感，临床上有时候过于敏感了 LOL
NAAT指的核酸扩增技术，临床上常用的有PCR，LAMP，ID now他家的（等温，用酶打开dna双链，不记得具体名字），TMA…

那种十几分钟快速出结果的不是PCR，PCR要拿到Lab里去检验，需要时间，一般是至少一天
她这个是两个人有症状的情况下，一个阳，另一个肯定没跑。
