收到一封final notice说我的home warranty at xxxx adress secured by yyyy bank maybe expring. Please call immediately as this will be our final attempt to modify you 18003015412 里面有我的名字地址和借贷银行名称，没有确凿的信件落款。 第一次买房大概知道要想银行更新房屋保险信息？但是这么不靠谱的信 是scam吧？
