aapc官网的课是针对有医学背景的，没有医学背景的需要先学习医学词汇，人体结构疾病名称啥的。我看他们的介绍是这么说的。

刚才又看到一个问题：外行直接上课考试，拿到的证书是CPC-A，而不是CPC，对吗？
这个A一般通过什么方式去掉呢？谢谢！
我看到他家也有这些基础知识的预备课。先上预备课，再上备考的课。MM你想上吗？我正在考虑。我对他们的课程内容非常感兴趣，比如人体结构、致病原因、医院文件的流程这些。
Part time 我不清楚有没有医疗保险呢。很强的医学背景的话，应该很容易上手。
对，cpc-a 从事coding工作后一年可以去掉a，或者aapc有program可以去掉a，但是要交钱。。。我觉得他们就是个黑社会组织。。。cpc-a以前不好找工作，近两年由于缺人，雇主也开始大量招cpc-a了
对，billing需要和保险公司医院还有病人交流，coding不需要
aapc管cpc，有各种program可以报名备考，纯自学的话很难有条理的进行

对，procedure coding 也是coding的一种，诊所的code通常没几个，前台就能够一起帮忙做了，用不上雇单独的coder
个人觉得想系统学习，不如去社大修课，性价比远高于这些卖课程的网站，州内学费一门课才几十块。
我想做这个，天天和病人和家属打交道烦死了。不想去读NP，读出来还是要和病人打交道。
