Hydroquinone monotherapy 氢醌 and triple combination cream (hydroquinone , tretinoin, and corticosteroid) are the most effective and well-studied treatments for melasma, 2. chemical peels and laser- and light-based therapies are equal or inferior to topicals, but offer a higher risk of adverse effects. 3. Oral tranexamic acid 氨甲环酸 may be a safe, systemic adjunctive treatment for melasma, but more studies are needed to determine its long-term safety and efficacy.

皮秒做过5次，也给开了Oral tranexamic acid，吃了段时间，忘了是不是有改善，反正现在都停了，该长还是长，没觉得有啥效果。
这是跟内分泌相关的，要保持效果估计只能坚持吃药，有什么副作用就不知道了
你做好防晒了吗？你月经正常吗？
chemical peels可以改善不太严重的斑。眼周围的黄褐斑，几乎没有效果。不过之后还需要随时防晒保持，不然斑点很快就回来了。
