Yeah I have bought one. I think you need doctor''s note (on hospital letterhead and translated). Mine was 3K USD (6 years ago) with extra batteries and portable mover. A friend of mine brought it with her into China as a checked luggage.

我看到网上说有二手的，不用处方，还便宜，？800
便携式的坏处是：噪声大，不是持续供氧（必须吸气触动出氧）

便携的不好，我理解那种不能持续供氧，如果不是空气分离氧需要耗材。 国内有货的，就是要淘，4千左右的应该都可以。如果是重症要5L，可以24小时供氧，3L的只能10小时供氧。
