You are so cute! ☺️ I highly recommend to go to the gym if you can. There are a lot of machines that are stupid simple and you can start with the lightest weight. Personal trainers can show you how to do the workout. You can do very very simple movements. The only problem I have with YouTube videos are there are too many with a lot of catchy hooks that promise fast results with a lot of HIIT which could be high intensity or risk of injury.
