我爸妈 都七十多岁， 感觉都不严重， 但是 我爸爸 几天以后 又有低烧，还咳嗽。 结果 做ct, 就是肺有炎症， 有白点， 住院了， 我妈低烧 一天也退了， 偶尔咳嗽， 嘴苦， 也做了ct, 同样也是肺炎症， 有白点， 也 让住院了。 给吃的 辉瑞 特效药 和 宣肺败毒。现在 都转阴了。

退烧后注意防止细菌感染。我在本版看了大家推荐的抗生素，有阿奇霉素、头孢菌素和罗红霉素三种，应该都可以。

楼主看到我，根据国内亲人经验，应该赶紧用免疫球蛋白，如症状无法控制要上激素。同时要确定肺炎是病毒性感染还是细菌性感染，如果是病毒性感染要用抗病毒药物比如阿兹夫定，有必要也要配合抗生素治疗
