请问吃了磷虾油还需要吃葡萄籽吗？

我一直吃Kirkland的krill oil 以前也吃葡萄籽，后来Costco断货了就没吃。最近发现Costco上线了一个类似葡萄籽的东西，想买回来继续吃 https://www.costco.com/trunature-resveratrol-plus%2c-140-vegetarian-capsules.product.100118534.html 或者想跟krill oil交替吃。 Costco断货原因，是不是卖的不好？老外普遍更偏爱krill oil？
