假設樓主是南北向向北開,他要往西左轉,對面往南的車子闖紅燈,結果樓主在這個闖紅燈的過後沒趕緊過,被東西向的直行車嚇著了,說真的我也不知道要是被東西向的撞到怎麼算,沒看過這種情況,估計樓主全責

感觉川流不息的地方没有左转灯是不合理的,多加一个交通左转灯大家都安全。我们那边以前很多路明明车流很多还很多没有左转灯,后来估计事故比较多渐渐都加上了。

你说的是惯常做法没错. 但我看到有些路确实直行川流不息, 左转的车排出长长的一队, 都在靠进入intersection的那辆车在红灯瞬间成功左转, 然后下一辆补上。 当轮到你的时候, 你决定死等就是不进入intersection, 然后把后面所有车都堵上? 当然你也可以选择等了三个红灯都转不过去, 然后换lane直行, 到一个很远的地方U turn回来. 不过这又产生一个问题, 你自己方向直行的车也川流不息, 你需要跨实白线从左转lane换到直行lane, 如果被撞了, 你就又违规了. 如果你被卡在那个左转位置动弹不得, 可能最好的选择还是进入intersection, 完成左转动作吧?

你不能开出去一点点。那种压着线稍微出点头的都不能算。你要真想开,开到路口正中央。等对面直行车过去再左拐弯。
另外我探头是会探到开始左转的地方,其实会挡住一些要进的车道。这样左转的不走旁边直行的也走不了。楼主估计探了个小头但是离左转位置还挺远的,启动又慢了,头两辆车有没有可能没看到楼主
虽然楼主有安全意识多看看挺好,但在路口犹犹豫豫其实挺不安全的。闯红灯走的一瞬间就该加速过去
不论是不是直行车,都必须yield已经在intersection里面的车辆
不应该等在白线后,而是在你还有绿灯或者黄灯的时候尽量往前开,开到路口中间,等直行车过完了再左转。你要是一直等在白线后,没有左转灯的话,你永远没法左转。

这个分析靠谱,lz说他没有挡住右边直行的车,说明他等的地方不够靠前,位置对的话那些车根本没法过,只能等lz过去。
我觉得楼主停的没问题。如果楼主那么靠前挡住了右边直行的车,那她就同样挡住了对面要左转弯的车。而且转弯的弧度也不够了。

对,我觉得楼主这个情况是横向的绿灯车的问题,应该让楼主先转过去
的确是这样的,要停在路中间等,这样另一个方向的车可以清楚地看到。因为你车是静止的,另一个方向的车如果撞你,绝对他们的过错,就好比你车停在路边违章了,但不等于其他车可以撞你的车。
看不懂楼主的描述 你前面说在交叉路口会把车往前开一点 后面又说不是十字交叉 你没有挡路 想象不出来楼主的车在什么位置
如果在交叉的路中间 那么你肯定挡路了 交叉路口的挡路车肯定有路权的啊
没挡路?那你就没有路权只能等下一轮了
路口要很大,才会出现这种情况
但是如果路口很空,人家到路口的时候速度不变(而且限速较高),而且已经绿灯了,可能无法避免撞上

不要往前开一点,是要开到路中间等,等直行车走完了,你转。左右两边要左转的车也要让你先完成转弯,尽管他们有左转绿灯。
对向右转车有优先权。 但,如果灯已经变黄了,对向右转车可能会让已经卡在十字路口中间的左转车先走,然后自己再转。这个时候就是看右转车让不让你,司机之间的默契了。
当然,这只是正常的流程。有的时候其他人不守交通规则,那算咱倒霉。有的时候车多堵在那儿,如果警察要给blocking traffic的罚单,这也没话说。

就算有人闯红灯,那也是在3-5s静默期内,四边都是红灯。然后等到闯红灯的过去了,这边刚变绿,你和人家同时起步,提前10几米竟然没有赶在前面不得不让,不是慢是啥?很显然,等闯红灯的过去一脚地板油,妥妥的甩开别人几十米

楼主的情况是直行车辆闯红灯,所以楼主没时间左转。
