Bless!!!抱抱楼主，听ob的建议检查，别太焦虑，没有确诊就别自己吓自己。 我今年体检也测出异常，在版上发帖问了之后发现不少姐妹有类似情况。我的情况是atypical glandular cell异常，HPV阴性。ob的note：Your Pap smear returned showing some atypical squamous cells. This means some of the cells on the cervix did not look completely normal. A screening test for high-risk strains of the human papilloma virus or HPV which can cause atypical cells was negative. With the negative HPV test, the atypical cells that were seen are not of any serious nature and a repeat Pap smear in one year is recommended.
没事的，我之前好几年异常，差点要做手术切除了，后来自己好了。关键是过身心健康的生活（工作不要加班太多太toxic, 生活规律，饮食锻炼跟上， 人际关系和谐）

一样的经历，就是没有抱头痛哭。生完孩子后查出来鳞状细胞异常，冷冻烤掉了，然后就再也没有复发，十多年了，之后平均每2年 pap smear 和细胞形态学一起做，一直都是阴性，前两年心血来潮把 hpv 疫苗也打了，管它有用没用，能保护多少是多少
不要太担心，绝大多数是子宫良性息肉引起的AGC测试结果。只要不生小孩，就不用做任何事情。想要生孩子，一般建议宫腔镜切除，很小的一个procedure.
